I've had this crap for 9 years, I hate it so damn much. Here are some photos, can anyone provide any insight? I'm still about 16-18% BF so I'm sure I still have chest fat. Also should I be worried that something is wrong with me? I had blood work done and everything came back normal including testosterone which is like 600-700 for me. I still can't help but feel that I have some disorder despite the unlikeliness. Otherwise just comment and let me know what y'all think on a scale 1-10 how bad.

In my personal opinion yes, you have mild gyne.

Surgery is the only real option, after which you'll have a perfect flat chest!

Yea. I've always been fairly overweight. Lately is when I've actually shedded some weight.

You appear to have mild gyne and since it has been around for 9 years, don't plan on it disappearing spontaneously -- your would require surgery.  Further weight loss or exercising are, unfortunately, futile.

If you do opt for surgery, then make sure you do your homework and find an experienced gyne surgeon in your area.

Good luck!

and does your chest look normal when you are cold?

my chest looks like yours i'm 20 yrs old, i lost like 120 pounds almost, when i'm cold my nipples/chest look perfectly normal but they puff up like yours when i'm not cold, maybe some gland, cus when you are overweight the gland size increases as well i believe.
