How to get the puff out?

Andractim usually leaves my nipples hard and small for a while.  I ordered it off of a UK website called All Saints Clinic.

This stuff is supposed to be highly effective (1 and 4 men have success) in shrinkin the glandular tissue in the nipples.

Do a little bit of research and ask around.  I'm no professional, but i'm using the gel right now so i might be able to answer a few of you're questions.

I would like to know that aswell? I wouldn't assume it would as I had surgery where a cut was made in them and they are still freaking huge.

NO, piercing won't keep them hard. That is a common misconception. I should know, I had mine pierced 7 years ago, and just took them out a year or two ago. They didn't change anything. I had several other piercings as well, and pierced my nips because I wanted to, as well as a main reason to keep them hard, which it didn't. All it did was give me some scar tissue in my nips where the barbells were, so if anything it caused more problems.
