Basically I work out, I take supplements and I eat like 5-7 times a day. I just noticed that some of the products I use contain soy such as the whole wheat bread (soy flour), the non fat cooking spray (soy) and my Protein Whey powder contains Soy. SO if I am consuming all of these am I increasing estrogen levels to the roof? I eat like 2 pieces of toast per meal, or sometimes even less. I drink about 1 or 2 protein shakes a day.....and I use the non fat spray thing once or twice a day.
