There is virtually no chance that you would have loose skin after surgery.  And most often, liposuction and open excision are needed for the best possible results.

Thanx for replying and being so patient doctor.Sir I showed my condition to my dad and he just told me that my chest looks like this because of loose skin and rapid weight loss and nothing else.I told him I can feel gland below nipples but he just won't listen.Sir does my chest look like this because of loose skin..?
