Well its 3 days post-op and it seems that they are coming back....the first day it didn't look too bad but now they look just as bad as before. I am assuming this is normal but i just want to get some closure that it is.

I have read that you will get some swelling in the first few days after surgery. Be patient!

Probably just swelling.  There's no way you can see the final result after just 3 days. Give your tissue a chance to repair itself and settle down.  If you're only 3 days post op, i'd imagine you have a follow-up consultation with your PS soon, i'd ask him about it.

Patients my friend...The first couple of weeks post are tough. Just try and take it easy and think happy thoughts.
