I finally set up a consultation, quick question???

Dr. Albin has complimentary consultations on Thursdays, the rest of the week he is doing surgery, I set up my consultation for this Thursday, march 27th at 1:00 pm. A question that i had is, with my braces we paid monthly payments for a year.  With gynecomastia surgery is this an option???
