incision only procedure?

I'm wondering if anyone here has had their gland removed using only the incision method without lipo?  I'm asking because my gyno seems to be a hard lump(gland) and I think I can get rid of the fat through diet and exercise alone.  Any help?

I think when the gland is taken, there is a divot.  They then countour with lipo.
