Incision - where to place it for best results?

Hi guys. Im soon getting surgery, and I just want to make sure that the surgeob gets everything right. So, I was wondering where the incision should be placed? Or, is it pretty much individual?

Most that Ive seen are done around the bottom half of the circumference of the nipple.

By doing it this way scarring is minimal.  The color of the nipple tends to hide most of it pretty well.
