Insurance
What have peoples experiences been getting approval with health insurance.  I have blue cross blue shield of north carolina.  Has anyone ever dealt with them.  Any suggestions are appreciated.

The general consensus is that most IC's will not cover GRS. They deem it to be a 'cosmetic' procedure and not a 'medical necessity'....   :-\
