I was initially was denied the surgery by my insurance company so I didnt even do an appeal to them. I paid for the surgery out of my pocket. Next thing  I know I get.a statement of benefits showing they paid for the surgeon all except 170.00  I am so excited.. only 5 days and I get this compression vest (man bra) off.

Very interesting. Please let us know your insurer and circumstances (or PM me if you are not comfortable giving that info out). That's quite rare.
