Maca is supposed to enhance sexual desire.
do you think it could cause gynecomastia?

Many of these herbal remedies have hormonal side effects that are not completely known and others may not even work. Their benefits and claims are typically unsubstantiated by the FDA.  Be cautious about turning herbal remedies to enhance sexual desire.
