My story, just looking for feedback

Hi, I'm confident that I have Gynecomastia, but I've never posted on these forums.

I have had a hard time accepting my enlarged breasts/chest since my teenage years. My doctor told me it would go away as I grew older, but now today I face, in my opinion, a worsened case of gynecomastia.
I have developped confidence since my teenage years, I am now an athlete, I am very healthy, I eat healthy and am in good shape.
I've been seeing a physiotherapist, and have learned this year that I am a naturally tense person, I have muscle knots all over and have physiological problems.
I feel as if me trying to hunch my back in the past to hide the gynecomastia has been one of the underlying causes of this.

Today, I still have a hard time accepting my gyno, and well am considering surgery, I guess these forums would be my first step for whatever life has in stores for me.

In any case, I'm not sure what to expect, but, I guess in the end I'm just looking for some feedback.

You can post the picture by using a lower pixel setting on the camera!

This forum is a great place to start as you said. We are here for the same reason! Some for finding out about surgery, some to learn to accept, and others to find out just what the hell is going on with them in the first place because they really have no idea way they are growing breast!

Not sure which country your in but I really understand how you feel.  As a teenager i also had and still have gyno.  I was someone who as a teenager already had low self esteem and it just made things worse.  I suppose there is not really anything i can say that will make you feel better.  I am 35 now and a positive thing if a girl really like you she wont be bothered about it.  That is my experience  Although i would like to have surgery as i have gotten older its become less of an issue.  If theres anything you wana ask me please do.
