Need Advice to help get surgery.

So im stuck with a problem...I got about 3800 saved up in cash so far and i went to get a consolation with a surgeon....i liked what he told me about his techniques so it really got me convinced...i did see plenty of before and after pics and they looked really good...but the costs of surgery is 6600 which is on the higher side but i know i would get good resutls..and i plan on having it in 3 and half weeks during spring break..but my big problem is coming up with the extra 2500...this is the only time i can get it done...would it be wise to open up like 2 or 3 credit cards and pay it off then...i can save around 700 dollars a month and pay off the 2500 in 6 months...any ideas anyone...i tried a few payment plans but they wouldnt lend me the 2500 which sucks...probably because im 19 but i know i got good credit cuz i pay almost most of bills of rite away..but i guess it aint that good since the denied me...life sucks rite know i just want to get this over with..
