Hello to all, I am a 33 y/o male with gynecomastia since puberty. Like most I have lived with gyno most of my life and it has kept me in a shell. After contemplating surgery and numerous consults, I've finally gotten the nerves to go through with it, but im very nervous. Any advice?

There is nothing to be nervous about. Its an easy surgery (in the hands of an experience gyne specialist/PS) and will change your life in the span of 2 hours.

Like the first poster said, there's nothing to be nervous about! I've not had this surgery due to the big size I am and I've learn to accept, but I've been through about 8 other surgeries, including 9 hours of back total of two of them both knees replaced and a host of others!

You will be in a very controlled environment, with a room full of very well trained people! You will be safer then you are crossing the street!

Good luck!

Bob

What the others said!

I am 32 and had the surgery about 3 weeks ago. I am still recovering, but it's TOTALLY worth it.

Best,

Leo

Hey Joe...

As the others have stated, no need to worry. You go in, they knock you out, then you wake up Gyne Free!!!  ;D
