Nolva and the gland going softer?

I have been using nolva for about 3 weeks now at 30 ml a day the pain is 100% gone and i am sure the gland has gone down abit (very small amount)
I am also sure that its getting abit softer any one have any ideas as to what that could mean ??

I used novadex and it stopped the tenderness but didn't resovle the gyne at all .
