It’s easy to see ourselves from our own perspectives. Noticing physical stuff like jiggle, bounce and sway for those well enough endowed for example, knowing that the size tag on your bra doesn’t lie even if you don’t believe it, accepting what you see in the mirror, even posting a proud selfie. All of these things confirm who we are. But there’s nothing quite like the sudden realization that we might look different when viewed through the eyes of other people.
 
The following heavily cropped and zoomed pic was taken by someone else from about 10 ft away a couple of weeks ago and I honestly did not know that this is how I appeared from a different perspective. It gave me a jolt. For clarity I am 40A or 38B or small 40B depending on the garment. The only thing I wore under my loose-fitting jumper this day was a long sleeve thermal, definitely not a bra or anything else that would provide projection. If anything, I might have been wearing a totally non-supportive racerback crop, so just a thin layer of material with a band underneath which does not provide any shaping or support whatsoever, just a hug and nipple protection. I honestly can’t remember.
 
I’m still in shock. I just thought I was a guy with a bit going on physically, and a mental attitude to suit, but I never thought I was this noticeable at a longer distance than an arm’s length selfie or a look in the bathroom mirror. I know I’m minor league compared to most of you. I can only try to imagine what the rest of you who are way bigger than me would feel in the same situation.

Yep.    This is a solid point here.  How others look at us (In my opinion only) should not amount to squat, but some folks see the bumps and go...that does not compute.  
I spoke of this a little while back of a teenage boy at Evil coffee Empire looking at me with this odd look of curiosity and .. woha... wait... what? 
To some, they dont care, others offended, others still actually find it oddly attractive.  
But thats the human race for ya.   
So in the mean time, I project them and stand tall letting them point the way, and say... if I got em.. Ill flaunt em! 

So Evolver, IMO your fine, IDK how others see it, but to me its all good.

Acceptance means accepting that projection is going to be a thing, and not fretting about it.

Yeah, think that tee shirt might be a little too thin, a heavier weight tee might work better, just be aware of any wind that might come up and outline your shape. Putting an open button up shirt on over will obscure even more and you can wear a bra without having to worry.
I’ve pretty much gotten past the occasional realization from other people and actually kinda like the brain gymnastics that cross their face when they actually see that my chest is actually breasts and contained in a bra.
