prevent Post-op grow back

Since i hav a hormonal imbalance, the gyne will prob grow back after surgery. but i heard the Tamaximofen and Ralioxen would prevent growth? Any Ideas?

Why don't you just take testosterone before your surgery to balance your hormones then get your surgery. I don't think surgeons will operate on you with outta whack levels...
