Pseudo gynecomastia or gynecomastia

Hi All,

First time poster and looking if you could provide some insight into whether or not you think I have actual gynecomastia or if I just have too much body fat.

I am currently 32 years old, 90kg and 5'11" and have had excess fat on my chest since a young age, even when active in the gym, which has always bothered me.

Weighing up the options on whether or not surgery is an option for me or if I just have to target reducing my body fat percentage.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'm not a medical professional but to me this looks like gynecomastia. Do you feel a mass behind your nipples?

Thank you for the response. I believe I feel a mass but not to sure if I'm imagining things and its just dense fat or if it is really there. 
I think I will organize a consultation to finally get an answer

Good luck with the consult! For me I would feel parts that had fat (jelly like) and then I can feel the gland (bumpy harder parts). It's a bit hard to explain, but I could feel it when I put both my index & middle finger onto my chest, then alternate pushing onto my chest with these fingers. I could then feel the contrast between gland & fat. Everyone's different though as it sounds like yours isn't as obvious to the touch.
