Puffiness/Is it gyno

So I’ve had puffy nipples since puberty I’m about 22 now is this gyno and is surgery my only option? Currently around 16-17% bf also got my estrogen checked a few weeks ago and I was at 60pg/mL

If your condition has been present and stable for many years, it is probably permanent and would require surgery to improve it.

Yes, your photos reveal the appearance of puffy nipples.  Most of the time, there is additional excess tissues of the chest as well.  Would strongly recommend you consult with a plastic surgeon who is a gyne specialist -- your best shot at an excellent result is the initial operation.

I have to agree with this poster! We have had many members spend thousands of dollars to get their chests to look as good as yours!

You need to stop worrying about it!

Agree with the last 2 posters. From the pics you've posted it's barely noticeable and certaintly not worth risking surgery over. Most would pay good money to have a chest like that.

It has been said that one cannot understand another person until he has walked a mile in his shoes.  Yes, his photos look OK -- but puffy nipples are very vexing to lots of guys.  The nipples may look good at certain times -- but at other times, they protrude from a T-shirt and can be embarrassing.

Surgery is truly the only answer for puffy nipples.  No one should push surgery to another person.  But truth be told, if one has puffy nipples and if  one wants to do something about it, then the only answer is surgery.  And surgery for puffy nipples can be tricky -- that is why it is best to seek the expertise of a gynecomastia specialist.
