If a Dr. Could answer these and my other posts it would be great. Why do some people get puffy nipples with gyne while others do not? Is it because the person who doesn't get puffed up nipples has less gland? Do people who have more muscle in their chest have a higher frequency of getting puffy nipples because it pushes the gland forward? Is gland always attached to the underside of the areola? Why is it that there is an injection for scar tissue, but not glandular tissue?

They are two different types of tissue -- one reacts to kenalog, the other does not.
