Puffy nipples and a trick

Hi all,

I have problem with puffy my areolas or as known commonly puff nipples, I did a research about my problem and I realized something; puffy nipples are getting tight and flat in some conditions for short period (30sec to 5min) and unfortunately they are getting puffed again. The flat and fixed condition is always after pinching or sudden temperature change in body.

According to my researches this tightness is happening because of contraction on the thin muscle layer under the skin. If some one can find something which can keep this contraction, the nice shape of erection and flatness will take longer. I am searching about this specific subject and I will post the result as soon as I can get it. (Please tell me if you any thing about it, even something temporary)
