Puffy nipples..
I have very puffy nipples, but I am not overweight, I workout usually. My nipples look three-dimensional like almost a cone. When I flex my chest muscles, the whole chest is hard but my nipples stick out and are soft like fat tissue. What kind of surgery will I have to go thru to get them removed? (Sorry I dont have pictures)
