Is there any sort of cream out there that can aid in the reduction of puffy nipples, such as a skin firming or tightening cream.
Even just a slight reduction would be nice

It's funny you should ask that because I just read a news article saying that the makers of Preparation H has released a statement cautioning against its use as a cosmetic skin-tightener.  Apparently a lot of people have been using it to tighten wrinkles on the face.  

Anyway, somebody posted here a month or two ago that he used Preparation H on his nipples before going out to the pool.  I never tried it myself, though.
