question about results/surgeons

Just out of curiousity, I was wondering how many people got good results from surgeons who weren't necessarily one of the gynecomastia 'specialists' that we talk about on this board. I'm starting to wonder if I made a mistake with mine. He was talented and had experience with gynecomastia but I dont think that it was really his main gig. What do you guys think?

If it wasn't his 'main-gig', then why did you choose him as your surgeon?

I didnt know better at the time. But he did have plenty of before and after pictures and is a very well respected doctor so I figured it would be alright. Basically, im just curious to know if it makes that much of a difference going to someone who really specializes in this kind of operation.

im sure there are more skilled qualified surgeons than the few on this board. Post some pics and lets see how the surgery went!

IMO.... yes!  GRS is a very technically demanding procedure. Finding a surgeon who 'specializes' in this type of surgery is a must! Think about it.... would Tiger be the 'Best' golfer in the world if he only played once a year? Doubtful...      Practice make perfect... so-to-speak.
