I can't see how stress could cause your mammary glands to become extra sensitive and grow.  I suppose it's possible, and it has been mentioned here, but if you have gyno, it's probably due to a hormonal imbalance like most of ours is/was.

How the body reacts to stress varies from person to person, but constant high levels of stress can never be good for anyone.  But I wouldn’t discount the possibility that high and persistent levels of stress could affect the endocrine system.  Whether that effect would be enough to upset the balance of androgens to oestrogens, thereby causing gyne, I don’t know.  Ask a doctor.

Hey, if stress made your boobies grow, I'd be at least a DD by now !!!!!!!! and yet I'm only a AA !!

Stop fretting - as others have said here - chill out and enjoy life, it's what it's all about.
