You do appear to me to have some gynecomastia there.  Surgery will most likely be necessary for a satisfactory solution.   You may want to get your hormones checked and make sure all is well there first.

I don't know about the other things you mentioned, but I tried Hydroxycut for a while.  All that stuff did for me was wire me up.  I gained 2 lbs in 1 1/2 weeks while I took it.  Some say it works for them, but not me.

The general feeling here is that the various patent medications and herbals sold for the purpose of reducing mens breasts are nothing more or less than a scam.
