After having unilateral gyne for 2/3 years now, i've finally been offered surgery! and it's only 3 weeks away, excellent result!

If your surgery is 3 weeks away, how do you know it will be a perfect result? $:-\$ Be realistic with your expectations, dont expect perfection.

sorry for the confusion, i meant that the short waiting time is an excellent result, i know what to expect from the surgery.
