romoving glands but not fat

does anyone have any picture of there surgery where just the breast tissue was removed but didn't have any lipo? i want to see how that worked out, because that's what  going to happen to me.

Yo, just did a quick search on the forum and found a post by Dr Bermant:

Puffy Nipple Gynecomastia surgery without liposuction typically does not look good.

Try typing "without lipo" into the search box, there's loads of other people asking the same question, but the general consensus seems to be that lipo is a good idea as excision only seems to leave a concave look to the chest.
