hey guys, im 3 weeks post op today and my doc gave me the okay to start cardio/working out again. My nipples are still puffy and I think I can feel gland left in my left side, and could feel it like 2 days post op so I dont think it is scar tissue, but anyway, will workout out my chest//cardio help the skin tighten and my nips get normal or is it all about waiting it out still, I didnt know if that would help it at all.

Thanks  8)

haha yeah excision  ;D

Would working out chest/cardio help make the nipples less puffy? they are almost the same as pre-op and I think I feel gland, really stressing me out  :-\

Doubtful dude...  Be patient my man. Give your body 3-6 months to heal then reassess.

Yeah I know bro, I understand, thanks for correcting me!

3 weeks still is very early I know, but, most people there nips are flat and then poof back out, mine never were "flat" so its getting to me..worked out today and wasnt any pain so im pretty sure there isnt anymore swelling and I dont feel liquit. Very confusing!  ???

I understand how you are feeling. GRS recovery is an emotional rollercoaster ride. However, you gotta give your body some time to heal before passing judgment. No sense in worrying about something that hasn't yet happened. Try not to think about it so much....  ;)
