Some questions

I've been on this forum for a year or two but I finally made an account to ask some questions. I see a lot of people who wait until their thirties to get surgery, I'm 16, and I couldn't imagine waiting that long. Do people wait that long because they are not financial able? Or do they just accept their gyno. This worries me because my parents don't care about helping me, and I want to make the money to have the surgery right after I get out of high school. Would the surgery be too much of a financial burden for a college student?
