Im new here and sorry if this sounds like a stupid question but what are those circle looking markings around your chest?

Day 8 post-op

Getting the stitches removed tomo in my post-op follow up with my PS... so far so good until today. my left nip is just so fucked up the incision is huge and its started scabbing, the cuts also discharged i think and has an infection. the left side is more swollen and i can feel a hard lump to the left of the nipple which i think is a hematoma? i dunno what to think, i mean its just 8 days post-op but before it was going so well. i really dont know. anyway these are most recent pics i took today.
