Surgery, making an incision other than through the nipple

I tend to form very large keloids (very bad scar tissue)

Is there any other method of excising the glands behind the nipple without making an incision through the nipple?
Would going near the arm pit be possibe?

my gyno seems to cary all the way into my arm pit, but the mammogram the surgeon made me ge really only shows the large masses right behind the nipple

I'd love to see one of the surgeons weigh in on this one.

Unless they have some way to prevent keloids, you may have to forego surgery.

Sadly, not everyone is a good candidate for surgery.
