Surgery in Thailand Options

I am an American living in China, and I have gynecomastia. I have been saving as much as I can because insurance doesn't cover gynecomastia surgery.
I have received quotes from American doctors, some of whom are on this forum, and they are all so high in price that I can't even come close to being able to afford them on my Chinese salary.

I can afford going to Thailand for surgery though.

Does anyone have any recommendations for quality surgeons in Bangkok?

I just had surgery with dr.Amon at Bumrungrad which I highly recommend.

However he's also pretty expensive for Thai standard (160k THB all include), but if I was in you I would save more and go for the best rather then go for cheap options!

I have had contact with them in the past. I received a similar quote, I thought it was a bit high for Thailand but all of the quotes I have received have been in the same range.
