Thoughts about the scarles procedures for gyno (transniple and side pull throug)

Hello dear doctors and forum users

What thoughts do you have on this procedures that the removal of gland dose not involve an incision under the areola and instead of that some doctors use small incisions on the sides of the pecs, usually where they insert the lipo canulas.
I have seen on the internet Dr Lista performing this technique where he removes the glands from the sides of the chest exactly through the incisions that he uses for liposuctioning.

Other doctors like Dr. Delgado uses a similar technique but the incisions this time are made on the sides of the areola and are more smaller than the incisions that most docs are making under the areola.

One more technique i have found its from an Indian doctor named Dr M K Mishra. I have found his technique very interesting as he is doing liposuction and as well the excision of the gland though a small incision right in the middle of the nipple.

So how are this techniques, are they as good and reliable in terms of outcome as the classic  under the areola excision techniques or no? 
Im a 39 old years male who suffer from a mild gyno case from the ages of puberty, from long time now im thinking of doing the gyno surgery but honestly im very afraid of the outcome. Seen cases on the internet where the outcome was worst than the initial motive of the intervention.

There are any number of techniques which will provide satisfactory results.  Scars are extremely minimal when gyne surgery (of any type) is performed by an expert.

Best recommendation is not to drive yourself nuts over which method is "better."  Rather, consult the best surgeon in your area and trust in him/her.

Dr. Jacobs thanks for your answer. Well i dont seem to find any good surgeons here in eastern Europe.
Scars can be minimal on the nipple but i think that they also can be noticeable on the beach or whenever im shirtless.
My question is why Dr. Lista's method or the method from the Indian doc are not more popular. Again, scars can be minimal but why have them if one can avoid them. I dont mind normal scars from cuts and accidents, i have a lot on my body but im scared about symmetric scars done on both nipple area that are clearly and obvious scars of an intervention, they can attract peoples attention.
Maybe through this scarless procedures cant be removed all or enough gland? Or tissues cant be arranged back and nice like in the old and regular procedure? I dont understand why those procedures are not more widespread.
I would like an outcome with no indention, craters, deformities or any unnatural look of the chest.

In essence, you are looking for a perfect result with virtually no scars -- would that it would be possible.  Everyone with gyne would flock to that surgeon.

Understand that all surgery requires an incision to get entry under the skin in order to remove excess tissue (fat and gland) -- and every incision heals with a scar.  Every surgeon has his own method of doing this operation which is comfortable and successful in his/her hands.

You seem to be very caught up with scars.  It would be better, though, to look at the trade-off of removing your gyne in exchange for a minimal scar.  And many scars heal to be barely visible.

Bottom line:  if the concept of a tell-tale scar bothers you, then don't do the surgery.

Hello again

I dont know what a tell tale scar is but it's probably a small scar thats not so visible. Unfortunately i didnt had a chance to see a scar(under the areola scar) of someone who has gone through this surgery so i have no idea how it can look. Pictures on the internet are not a good example and i didnt seen some macro videos on this scars.

I need to do this surgery cause i lived enough with this life altering problem but prior i also need to learn more and do my research about this surgery, i dont want to regret it afterwards!

Im very aware that every doctor will leave some scars behind but i have been trying to learn if there is any drawback on the procedures where removal of gland dose not involve and incision under the areola.
