Vitamins/supplements to decrease breast growth.

Hi i just had my unilateral gyne exicsion and lipo about 2 weeks ago and am extremely happy with my results so far. I was wondering is there any vitamins or supplements that you can pick up (with or without a perscription) that will decrease estrogen levels and/or increase testosterone levels. I just dont want to experience any regrowth of my gyne. thanks
