Like wise, my ex would tell me she had seen many guys worse than me and compared to her other boyfriends I was NORMAL... she might have been saying it to make me feel better because I made a much bigger deal about it than she ever did and I dont think she would have ever brought it up if I hadnt, but non the less, up to the end, I was never comfortable shirtless around her so it really doesnt matter what girls think its how you feel about yourself!

So true. When i look in the mirror I see the problem side with the puffy nip and to me it looks horrendous.  despite friends , parents even a female who i trust greatly telling me I should not even think about surgery as they have to get right close up to see anything at all.
      Although I do not have a girlfriend (no confidence) I do get lucky( drinking the confidence booster ) and they don't seem bithered by it ,if they did I don't think i would be spending the night with them to put it bluntly.
      It is more to do with how you see yourself I think. As if you have no confidence that can be a turn off to.

None of the girls I have been with have said anything about them.  My current GF calls them pec pillows and she says she likes my chest the way it is.  I mention getting surgury someday and she begs me not to.

i haven't had a girlfriend since i had gyne (3 years) and because of it. but i have had.... experiences.

i always thought if i ever had a gf id be able to hide it.. idk

I would agree that it is more of an issue with the guys---- Which is puzzling to say the least.

So far as the girls are concerned, it was never an issue.  at one time I was fixed up with a blind date;  The girl had a chest much flatter than mine!  even then it was something that we both laughed about and she stayed with me for some time.  

My wife thinks they are "cute"  Who am I to differ?
