What type of DR to see?

I have gyne and would like to know what type of doctor would I see in order to have it removed?  I have been dealing with this for a while; however, now I am seriously fed up with it.  I am overweight but I think this is more of a weight issue.  Also would a doctor remove the breast tissue with me being overweight.  I' sick of this

 Well, theres an endo to check your hormones, which can be related to your gynecomastia. And then theres the cosmetic surgeons who actually do the reduction.
