When is lypo-only a good solution?

i don't have a lump under my nipple that i can feel which means my situation probably isn't glandular right?

so then there would be no need for excision and it would be lipo only? just seems like whenever i hear about anyone getting lipo only it turned out bad, but maybe it works in the right situations?

i know i won't know until i see the PS in person and they check it out, but a PS i'm considering said that if there wasn't a lump under the nipple he used lipo-only and want to know if this is doomed for failure or not?

i got lipo done last yr. DOES NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM!! Pls make sure u find a srgeon willing to do excision and lipo both!

same here. lipo is not enough even if you don't have the gland there's fatty tissue that needs to be cut out. I'm gonna spend on a second surgery and make sure the surgeon does excision this time around.

I feel like you sadgyneguy I was waiting for 10 years to get the procedure done and then it was a complete waste of time and money cause of this moron I used.

My plastic surgeon said it would be best to do lipo only first(because i appear to only have fatty tissue and very little glandular and that it is a lot harder to get the gland out after lipo) and i would have a 2nd surgery.

Any thoughts?

wht do u mean when u say gettin the gland out is more difficult after lipo? u mean during the same surgery ?
