working out and areola size...
it is often the case that when people have gland behind their areola/nipple complex that the actual area becomes bigger

question 1. what is a normal sized areola? what size is considered hypertrophied?

question 2. would working the chest area (pectorals) have the same affect as a  lump og gland on areola size?
