Traveling after recovery period

Hi all, have my op booked with Dr Vijh 19th march and cannot wait!

I have planned holidays from mid june onwards (approx three months post surgery (one week beach holiday, then six weeks traveling, flights already booked, which would benefit from a backpack as opposed to luggage). I know not to leave scar tissue in the sun.
Anyone post-surgery have any advice or advise against this? I have an image of me struggling to put anything into an overhead cabin judging from some stories on here

I am 5 weeks post op and back at work and easily able to lift heavy objects abov my head. Over head cabins shouldn’t be an issue! You will be able to enjoy your time travelling without any stress
