I have Uneven fat on each pectoral after surgery.

If I lose weight and drop body fat percentage, will this even out?

Were you uneven before hand. If you closely study yourself in a mirror do you see evidence of asymmetry - most people naturally do. I see it in my who body from face to foot.

If you are unhappy after your surgery - and its been at least 6 months - why not go back to your doctor to discuss revision?
