OPERATION TIME OR HOLD OFF?

I have  been  participant here for a couple years. Put off  operation for  puffy nipples

    Went and saw  surgeon  and gave a deposit. He  said lipo only,   did a good   job   examining me, and  he  is convinced it is  fat.
          I am  getting  fat sucked from my double chin at same time

    I  know most people need gland removal,  but  how  is  one to  know? I feel it is fat

 Also,  I have  hormone issues,  low testosterone and hi  estrogen that I  am dealing  with. Currently on  Androgel . Wondering if I need to fix hormones completely  first

I may be wrong, but I have not seen a SINGLE post on this site in which someone that has had lipo only ended up with results they were happy with. They all said, should I shouldn't i beforehand, but as far as I can see, they ALL regretted it after opting for lipo only. Jusgt my observation, but I may be wrong.

A good while back (a year or two), there was one guy who said that he was very happy with his 'lipo only' procedure. I don't recall the name sorry...
