Hey guys,

I got my op 3 weeks ago. PS just done Lipo as he said Gland was not necessary. I have lumps all over which seem to be just scar tissue. How could i tell the difference between scar tissue and gland? can i do any excercis to break down the scar tissue?

Just be patient and let the scar tissue dissipate on its own.
