If your glands cannot shrink back to normal now because you've had them for over 3 years or whatever that means the glands are inactive, correct?

Well if they ARE inactive and won't shrink up over time/with prescription hormone meds/etc.  then they could also not GROW more...is that right?

I would think AND hope so, but supposedly it does in fact happen, but VERY rarely.
Life would be fine if it wasn't for gyne...

Nah actually not at all.  I have facial hair on the sides of my face that i only have to shave once every like 3 or 4 days and a very little bit on my chin and mustache area if that makes any difference.
