you may not notice much change but i do, alot less pain and even more mobility too

AHHHHHH!!!!!!

i had a fucking heamatoma!!!

they fucking hurt, really bad!!

i had to have surgery again to remove it

would have set my recovery back a couple weeks

right side of chest is all bruised, but god it feels soooo much better!

more pics coming once bruising is gone

I have a feeling that once you're fully recovered in a month or two, you're going to look awesome!

You'll be able to parade those abs around without a doubt in mind!
