Nerve pain in Gynecomastia Talk

Hi
I have been struggling with a nerve like pain in my left pectoral for about a week , it seems like is in the whole of the pec but I have no pain behind nipple when I press on it and no itching. Could this be a sign of gynecomastia as I am on trt nebido.
