LPG massage before surgery in Surgery Preparation

Is this something that can be good to do before gynecomastia surgery? I have heard from surgeons that 2 treatments 1 week before and 4 treatments several weeks after surgery is good. I will wait and only do what my surgeon tells me, but what do you think about the idea?
