Hello,
Like many people on here i have gynecomastia, Also like alot of people on here i cannot yet affoard to go under the knife as yet so i decided to bulk up to try and 'hide it' or at least make it less visable.

About me:

19 Years Old,
5ft 10.
Had gyno for around 6 years maybe longer,

Now i have more gland then fat and dont realy have any fat around my body, Im a smoker and find it hard to train,

Im recently taking a few supplements such as :
BSN No - Explode (energy supp) this helps me last longer while training,
MyProtien: (Protein) / (Whey protein) this is to add more mass to my body its used for muscle repair/growth,
Multivitamins, always good for you :)
+ a clean cut diet,

Now im not fitness expert so your better off seeking medical advice and visiting forums such as bodybuilding forums e.c.t.

Now ive been training 5 times a week, Monday,tuesdays,Thursday,Friday and Sunday with 2 days of for rest Wednesday/Sataday,

I do a 30minute cardio workout on an exercise bike (£80 from JJB or even cheaper on ebay e.c.t.)
Followed by a muscle workout for as long as it takes mostly focusing on upper body muscles on my multigym (£160 from ebay brand new),

Basicly to some it up dont give up exercise does work and if it doesnt what have you got to loose?

Ok some photo's of my progress :)

Week 0! ( I took these ages ago these dont look as bad in these photos but was worse than looks :)





Week 1/2 ( Starting training without using any supplements just multigym and exercise bike)















(Abit sun burnt in some of the photo's  :-[ )

I personally think theirs a tiny bit of improvement in these pictures?
Im going to keep training and post every 1-2 weeks pictures of my progress to see if i can actually make these f**kers less visable.

1 months to holiday :o :'( better start training my arse off  :D .

Any Comments please ask.
