Hllo all,

I'm currently 8 days post op and fell great, the results so far are great, only complaint is this wicked tight compression vest and binder...man, its the worst part of the whole thing.

Anyways, now that my gyno is gone, I am very concerned of the possibility of it coming back. My doctor says its gone forever, as long as I don't do anything stupid like steroids, but I just want to poll your oppinion. I've already had my primary phyician change my blood pressure medication as the one I was taking is on the list of meds known to cause gyno, so thats a right first step. Im wondering if there is anything else that is part of normal day use (foods, soaps, etc) that I should avoid as they can potentially lead to gyno (through estrogen building). One product in particular, I love to take Myoplex protein shake after a work out but am worried now, as I heard there are some suppliments to watch out for.

Any advice  would be much apprecuated! I just want to make sure the gyno stays away for good!!
