how long before i can take vitamsn and supplements again
Does anyone know how long after surgery before i can start taking vitamins, creatine and other supplements

When post op can we start on Vitamin E, magnesium, and whey protein?

what about prescriptions which are considered steroids like hydrocortisone cream, etc?

No vit E for 2 weeks prior to - and post surgery.

What about other vitamins?

Flaxseed oil, fish oils, magnesium, vit C, zinc, vit D, calcium?
